Refund & Returns Policy

At Wander Promo, operated by Eshita Mehra, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase of our travel bags. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a fair and simple return and refund process to ensure your peace of mind.

This policy outlines the process for returning products, any associated costs, specific product requirements, and how to contact us for support. Please read this carefully before making a return.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can return any product purchased from Wander Promo within 30 days of receiving it, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Product Condition: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, including any accessories, tags, or manuals.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Note: Sale items or products marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at ishitam852@gmail.com with the following details:
    • Your order number.
    • The item(s) you wish to return.
    • The reason for the return.
  2. Return Approval: Once we receive your request, we will review it and respond within 2 business days to confirm if the return is approved.
  3. Return Shipping Instructions: If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on where and how to ship your item back. You will need to send the item to our return address:Unter den Eichen 96, Berlin, GermanyMake sure to package the item securely to prevent any damage during shipping.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer-Initiated Returns: If you are returning the product because you changed your mind, you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to a defective product or if you received the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Note: Any original shipping fees paid during the purchase are non-refundable.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed as follows:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., credit card or PayPal) used for the purchase.
  • Refund Timeframe: Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Conditions for Refunds:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition (unused, undamaged, and in original packaging).
  • If items are returned damaged, worn, or without original packaging, we reserve the right to reject the refund or issue a partial refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned or refunded, including:

  • Sale or Clearance Items: Products marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned unless defective.
  • Used or Damaged Items: Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer will not be eligible for return or refund.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at ishitam852@gmail.com with the following information:

  • A description of the issue.
  • Photographs of the damage or defect.
  • Your order number.

We will review your request and, if approved, offer either a replacement, repair, or full refund, including covering the return shipping costs.

7. Cancellations

You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it if it has not yet been processed for shipment. If the order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to follow the return process after receiving the product.

8. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original product following the steps outlined above and place a new order for the replacement item.
